॥ Vedānta Course ॥

A path of self-knowledge and discernment

A space for those who feel called to study, question, and inhabit life with greater clarity, presence, and meaning.

This course is an invitation to delve deeper into the vision of Vedanta as a path of self-inquiry, clarity, and inner freedom. Through the reflective and guided study of fundamental texts such as Upadeśa Sāram, Sādhana Pañcakam, and Swami Dayananda Saraswati's The Value of Values, we will explore the principles that underpin a conscious, ethical life lived in harmony with our true selves.

The journey proposes a space for listening, study and contemplation, where knowledge does not remain solely intellectual, but becomes a living tool to understand the mind, refine discernment and accompany the process of personal transformation.

Upadesha Saram

Upadeśa Sāram is an essential teaching that points the way from conscious awareness to the silence of being. Through clear and profound verses, it invites us to refine action, devotion, and knowledge, until we recognize that which remains beyond effort and seeking. A text that guides practice toward the essential.

Sadhana for the Panchakam

Sadhana Pancakam brings together five fundamental verses that outline the inner dispositions necessary for a mature path of self-knowledge. More than a method, it offers clear guidance on how to live, study, and practice so that the mind becomes receptive, stable, and discerning. A concise guide that accompanies the process of integrating understanding, discipline, and inner clarity.

The value of values

Swami Dayananda Saraswati's "The Value of Values" invites us to recognize that mental stability and inner clarity arise not only from meditation, but also from a conscious way of relating to ourselves and others. Through values such as honesty, humility, and consistency, this approach shows how an aligned life becomes the true foundation for practice and self-knowledge. It is an essential reminder that transformation begins in the everyday.
