Vinyasa Krama refers to an intelligent and progressive sequence, where each posture prepares for the next. Viniyoga, on the other hand, emphasizes applying yoga to the individual and their particular situation, adapting the practice to the real needs of each moment.
Let me tell you a little more about our yoga classes
Yoga and Vinyasa Krama
Mindful yoga classes based on the Vinyasa Krama tradition, where the practice is built progressively and respectfully towards the body. Each session integrates movement, breath, and awareness, adapting to the level, condition, and stage of life of each student. The emphasis is on alignment, stability, and inner listening, promoting a safe and sustainable practice.
Therapeutic Yoga and work with muscle chains
Support focused on the care of the musculoskeletal system, pain management, injuries, and chronic conditions. Through work with muscle chains and a therapeutic approach to yoga, the aim is to restore balance, functionality, and a more conscious relationship with the body and movement.
Philosophy of Yoga and Vedanta
At Reconect-arte we invite you to discover Vedanta, a path of self-knowledge that originates from the Vedic tradition and helps us understand who we are and how to relate to life in a more conscious and serene way.
Vedanta is not a religion or a belief system. It is a way of looking at life with greater clarity, using reflection and observation to understand the mind, emotions, and human suffering. Its purpose is both simple and profound: to help us live with more peace, inner freedom, and meaning.
This path is traveled gradually and with love. We begin by preparing the body and mind through yoga, using mindful movement to cultivate awareness, sensitivity, and care. This is complemented by conscious breathing (pranayama), which calms the nervous system and helps us to inhabit the present moment.
Meditation teaches us to observe our thoughts without getting caught up in them, cultivating a clearer and more stable mind. From this foundation, Vedanta offers teachings that allow us to understand our true nature, beyond what we think, feel, or believe ourselves to be.
At Reconect-arte, Vedanta is experienced as a practical and accessible practice, applicable to daily life. Each session is an invitation to look at yourself more honestly, to relate with greater compassion, and to discover a way of living with more awareness, balance, and fulfillment.
